Crystal – Founder, master esthetician
Crystal founded BIJOU Esthetics in 2020 with a vision that extended far beyond skincare and beauty services. Her mission was to create a space where every person feels welcomed, valued, and celebrated exactly as they are.
Having witnessed how intimidating the beauty industry can sometimes feel, Crystal set out to redefine the salon experience. She believed clients should never feel they need to fit a certain mold, meet unrealistic standards, or change who they are to deserve self-care. Instead, she envisioned an environment where individuals could arrive as themselves, feel genuinely seen and heard, and leave with renewed confidence, self-love, and a deeper appreciation for their own unique beauty.
Driven by a passion for both aesthetics and holistic wellness, Crystal built BIJOU on the belief that beauty and well-being are deeply connected. Her approach combines results-driven treatments with meaningful client relationships, creating an experience that nurtures both outer beauty and inner confidence.
